Rethinking welfare through public-private partnerships

Social rights are the foundation of citizenship. The third sector has a privileged role in contributing to their protection, according to the constitutional principle of subsidiarity. Imagining a new welfare model, focusing on the integrated public/private commitment, is one of the main challenges for Trento's European Volunteering Capital 2024.
